Strategic Vision for JCI Wisconsin 2009

In order to ensure a successful 2009, we must strive to work together as team to accomplish the following as JCI Wisconsin:

1. Increasing the Membership within existing Local Chapters and by establishing new chapters throughout Wisconsin.
2. Develop local leaders that will continue to strengthen and stabilize our local and State leadership in the future.

Specifically in each of the following Areas we will strive to:

Community

1. Run successful OYA/OYW/OYF programs with increased candidate participation and Statewide Public Relations
2. Continue all Youth Sports Programs with increased Statewide Public Relations

Management

1. Create a 5 year plan that will ensure the continuation of Jaycees in WI
2. Establish a JCI Wisconsin Brand with marketing kit that can be utilized by existing chapters and new chapters

Individual Development

1. Increase training opportunities in all areas to develop local leadership
2. Develop a Leadership Ladder Training Program to ensure future leaders local, region, and state positions.

Membership

• Create an action plan for chapters under 30 members to achieve a membership base of 30 by year end 2009
• Target specific areas of WI for membership development for existing chapters and new chapters
